About This Course
Modern healthcare can feel like a foreign country—complete with its own language, confusing financial systems, and overwhelming amounts of conflicting information online. This 15-week course is specifically designed for individuals with little to no medical background to dismantle those barriers, demystify clinical jargon, and build a practical toolkit for lifelong wellness.
Hosted within a framework that honors and addresses the unique cultural, dietary, and social realities of the Sikh community, this course bridges the gap between everyday life and clinical medicine. Rather than just memorizing facts, students will actively build real-world skills.
By the conclusion of this course, participants will transition from passive patients to active, confident managers of their own health and powerful advocates for their families and communities.
