About This Course
This course provides a brief, layman’s description of the brain and how it works, learns, and develops. We examine how we, as parents and teachers, can provide an atmosphere conducive for growth and development. This course also examines the effects technology on the developing brain and the benefits and detriments of screentime for all ages, including adults.
Target Audience
- Geared toward PreK-12 teachers, but anyone can attend.
