EduProtocols Professional Learning Series

EduProtocols Professional Learning Series

EduProtocols Professional Learning Series is designed to help grades 6–12 history/social studies educators create engaging, student-centered classrooms using EduProtocols, repeatable instructional lesson frames that promote critical thinking, collaboration, literacy, and deeper learning while reducing lesson planning time. Participants will experience and implement a variety of EduProtocols, collaborate with colleagues to adapt lessons for their own classrooms, and develop practical strategies they can use immediately with students.

The course includes a full-day kickoff workshop followed by monthly virtual coaching sessions focused on classroom implementation, reflection, and continuous improvement. Participants will share successes and challenges, analyze student work, learn additional EduProtocols, and deepen their understanding through collaborative discussion and selected readings from Designing EduProtocols.

By the end of the course, participants will have a collection of ready-to-use instructional strategies, evidence of classroom implementation, and a sustainable framework for increasing student engagement and learning across a wide range of history/social studies topics.
