The Transcript of Record is the official document that provides a comprehensive record of a student's academic achievements. At Teachers College of San Joaquin, we ensure that all completed units are accurately reflected on the transcript. This includes units from various programs such as Pre-Service, Credential, Master's, and Professional Development.
Please note that transcript requests are not held for the posting of grades, degrees, certificates, or units. It is essential for you to confirm the availability of this information before requesting a transcript if you require it to be included. You can easily check your final grades by logging in to the student portal at https://tcsj.sjcoe.org/auth/login with your Canvas login to view the unofficial transcript.
To request an official transcript, simply complete the convenient online Transcript Request Form. Please be aware that official transcripts, whether regular or rush requests, will be available for pickup or sent to you via USPS mail for secure delivery.

Transcript Fees

  • Transcript Fee (Processed within 10 business days): $10

    Pickup or mail delivery only. Transcripts are not sent via email. Additional shipping fees apply for transcripts mailed outside of the U.S.

  • Transcript Rush Fee (Processed within 1 business day): $18

  • Transcript Review Fee for Prospective Students $80
