Transcript Request
The Transcript of Record is an official copy of the student's permanent record. Current or former students must fill out the Transcript Request Form, print, sign and either return in person or via mail to Teachers College of San Joaquin.
If you earned your Bachelor's Degree from a Foreign Institution, please refer to the CCTC Foreign Transcript Evaluation leaflet to see what agencies are approved for transcript evaluation.
