Project Management for Curriculum Work

Most curriculum developers come to the work as subject matter experts: teachers, instructional coaches, content specialists. They know the curriculum. What they often don’t know is how a large curriculum project actually runs: why timelines slip, what all those roles actually do, how to give feedback without damaging relationships, and how to know whether the draft they just spent two weeks on is done or not. This course fills that gap. It is not a project management certification. It is a practical orientation to what it feels like to be an individual contributor on a curriculum team — the rhythms, the ambiguities, the handoffs, and the moments where knowing the unwritten rules makes all the difference.
